We offer free shipping* within the European Union for orders over 39,- €. Of course we also ship to countries outside the EU, but there can be additional fees for shipment and/or longer delivery times.

Generally parcels will be shipped within 24 hours after you've placed your order/receipt of payment – if this happens by 12 noon, it is possible to dispatch the order on the same day (only on request). The normal delivery time (EU) for available items is 2-3 working days. Alternatively, there is also the possibility to choose Express Delivery for an extra charge. For the latter, delivery times are 1-2 working days.

For deliveries outside the EU the fee for shipment can vary, but usually it is around €35.- (including customs duty).

Yes, the stainless steel straps are waterproof.

Is it possible to adjust the length of the strap to each wrist?

Yes, it is. The standard length measures 18.5 cm (plus the AW casing) By removing the individual links, you can easily shorten the strap. For this, we recommend ordering our shortening tool. The strap should measure 18.5 cm. If it is too short, just send an email to our support team and we will add extra links to the order. We also recommend ordering the tool here.

Das BAND MOSCOW habe ich für meine Automatikuhr gekauft, die einen Bandanschlag von 20mm hat. Ich habe schon vorher zwei Bänder für meine Apple Watch gekauft und fand das BAND MOSCOW sehr passend für meine Automatikuhr. Ich liebe die Optik mit Holz und bin auch von diesem Band sehr begeistert. Damit hat meine Automatikuhr ein ganz besonderes Aussehen bekommen. Das Entfernen der Adapter für die Apple Watch war genau wie das Kürzen des Bandes sehr einfach auszuführen. Herzlichen Dank an Laimer für diese tollen Produkte.

Ich bin soweit zufrieden mit dem Produkt aber das eine Armband ist anders als ich es dachte,da ich meinte 2 x dass gleiche Produkt nur in anderer Farben Titan zu bekommen. Das silberne Armband kann man gut und schnell kürzen aber das Titan nicht, das geht anscheinend nur mit Spezial Werkzeug was ich nicht habe
