Tool to adjust your watch-strap. Compact and portable. Easy usage: Adjust the strap of your watch strap by yourself with this tool.
How does this work? Use the tool to loosen the joint pin between two chain links. It is very important, that you press the pin in the correct direction (take a look at the arrow on the back of the chain links). Hence, you can use the metal tool to remove the pin. Proceed by removing the middle part between the two open pins. You can use one of the earlier removed metal pins, to connect the two open ends again. You can use the back of the metal tool to bring the pin to its correct position.
ATTENTION: This is NOT valid for ALL our watches. E.g. the models 0153 MIA, 0154 MIRIAM, 0155 MAJA; UB1008, UB1009, UB1010 and UB1011 are connected by spring bolts, which can be removed simply by pushing them with the metal pin (low pressure).

We offer free shipping* within the European Union for orders over 39,- €. Of course we also ship to countries outside the EU, but there can be additional fees for shipment and/or longer delivery times.

Generally parcels will be shipped within 24 hours after you've placed your order/receipt of payment – if this happens by 12 noon, it is possible to dispatch the order on the same day (only on request). The normal delivery time (EU) for available items is 2-3 working days. Alternatively, there is also the possibility to choose Express Delivery for an extra charge. For the latter, delivery times are 1-2 working days.

For deliveries outside the EU the fee for shipment can vary, but usually it is around €35.- (including customs duty).

Return

As part of our extended right of return you can return your product up to 30 days after arrival of the package.

You do not need to indicate any further reasons, but please contact our support before shipping and log your return. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
