The competition is not connected to Facebook. Facebook is not available as a contact for the competition. Participation in the competition takes place under the following conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant declares that he read and understood these terms and conditions and accepts them in full.

Participation

All natural and legal persons over the age of 18 residing in the EU can participate. The organizers' employees and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is free and takes place by answering the question described in the competition or by completing the task and submitting it to the organizers by submitting the entry form. Participation is only possible within the deadline specified in the competition. The judges' decision is final.

Prize and selection process

The number and type of winnings are shown in the competition. The judges' decision is final. The winners will be informed of their winnings by email within 7 days of the entry deadline. In the case of more valid entries than prices are available, the lottery decides at
exclusion of legal recourse. Multiple entries from the same participant will be counted as a single entry. A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded.

Announcement of the winners and delivery of the prize

The winners will be notified by email and will be announced on online and offline channels of the organizer (first name and location). The prize will be sent to the postal address provided by the participant in one of the countries listed above. If the winner does not share his postal address within 5 working days after the notification of the price, a replacement winner will be determined.

Exclusion from the competition

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition and also to retrospectively recognize winnings if the participant has provided false personal information, has obtained advantages through manipulation, or if such a procedure is demonstrably suspected.

Disclaimer of liability

Entries submitted as part of the competition must not be illegal, i.e. in particular contain no insults or false factual claims or violate intellectual property rights. The organizer assumes no liability for any legal violations by participants. Claims for damages against the organizers in connection with the competition are excluded, unless they were willful or grossly negligent violated legal obligations. The organizers are not liable for damage resulting from the unavailability of the competition due to technical malfunctions, events of force majeure or attacks by third parties. Furthermore, the organizers do not guarantee that the competition page will function properly on the participant's device. Corvis GmbH is not liable for defects in the prizes won.

Subject to change

The organizers reserve the right to change the competition in terms of design or conditions, to cancel it or to end it if this is necessary due to technical problems, for legal reasons or due to improper behavior by the participants. The price can vary from

Right of way

The judges' decision is final to carry out the competition, to determine the winner and to distribute the prize. The competition is subject to German law and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich.
