Shipping

We offer free shipping* within the European Union for orders over 39,- €. Of course we also ship to countries outside the EU, but there can be additional fees for shipment and/or longer delivery times.

Generally parcels will be shipped within 24 hours after you've placed your order/receipt of payment – if this happens by 12 noon, it is possible to dispatch the order on the same day (only on request). The normal delivery time (EU) for available items is 2-3 working days. Alternatively, there is also the possibility to choose Express Delivery for an extra charge. For the latter, delivery times are 1-2 working days.

For deliveries outside the EU the fee for shipment can vary, but usually it is around €35.- (including customs duty).

Return

As part of our extended right of return you can return your product up to 30 days after arrival of the package.

You do not need to indicate any further reasons, but please contact our support before shipping and log your return. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

WHAT KIND OF WOOD ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?

Our products are made from a wide variety of types of wood. We only use FSC-certified waste wood from furniture production or upcycled wood such as old wine barrels - which means we don't chop down any trees!

ARE THE PRODUCTS IDENTICAL TO THE PRODUCT PHOTOS?

Our products stand out because they are made from natural materials. Each of our models possesses a distinctive grain, colour, and structure, much like every tree and stone, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece that is truly unique. As a result, there is a possibility that the colour shown in the images may vary slightly from the actual product.

Are the straps water resistant?

Our straps are designed to be splash-proof, meaning they can resist sweat, raindrops, and other types of moisture. We achieve this through a unique process that enhances their durability. Regardless, it's important to take off the watch before taking a shower or swimming.

ARE ALLERGIC REACTIONS POSSIBLE?

We offer products that are suitable for individuals with allergies. They are made of 100% natural wood and are not processed or treated with harmful chemicals. The fasteners on our watches, including the clasps and occasionally the backs, are made of stainless steel or bronze materials that do not contain any traces of nickel.

DO LAIMER PRODUCTS REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE?

No, they do not require any special care. Our products are sealed with a special transparent varnish. This preserves the wood's natural properties.

Is it possible to adjust the length of the strap to each wrist?

Yes, it is. The standard length measures 18.5 cm (plus the AW casing) By removing the individual links, you can easily shorten the strap. For this, we recommend ordering our shortening tool. If the strap is too short at 18.5 cm, simply send an email to our support team and we will add extra links to the order. We also recommend ordering the tool here.
